Search for a consultant

Use the search bar to find and connect with consultant and specialists from around the world. You can search by location and specialities such as Dietetics ,Asthetics ,Cardiology ,Gynecology, alternate therapies and more

Yes. Global Connect allows you to link with Consultant’s from across the globe. You can find the list of all available consultants in our Global Directory page.

Consultants are advised to follow regulatory guidelines as per their governing regulations. GlobalConnect allows you to link with consultants and schedule an appointment. The Consult is via your own communication means such as mobile, or on-line meeting. The consultancy can just be a simple query or a more elaborate consultation. It''s your choice.

Book an appointment

Connect with a consultant the same day, or another day entirely, at a time and place to suit you. Get answers to your health queries from the comfort of your own home, office or on the go.

Our system will guide you through the payment process. You will be required to pay the consultation fee when booking an appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and FPX (applicable to Malaysian only).

You can book an appointment without providing your ID. However, you will be required to show appropriate identification before your appointment can go ahead. Forms of ID that we accept include:
  • National Identification Card
  • Passport
  • Driving license
Before your consultation begins, you will be required to take a picture of your ID and send them to your consultant for verification. Please note that the ID image will be deleted immediately after your consultation has ended.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment starts. If you fail to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment starts, you will have to make another booking. Please note your consultation fee will not be refunded if you cancel or miss your appointment.

Consultancy procedure

Speak to an expert consultant entirely by video chat, phone call and text chat. Your consultation is completely private and confidential as our consultants are bound by our terms of service.

For GlobalConnect, the consultation session will be done outside of GeneJunction platform. You can choose the available meeting methods listed by your consultant while booking an appointment.

Your personal information and consultation are completely private and confidential as our consultants are bound by our terms of service.

Yes, you can share your Electronic Health Record (if you have subscribed to the service) with the Consultant for ease of consultation. It is an option provided to you by GeneJunction.

The consultant can upload your consultation notes and any related documents to your GeneJunction account for future reference.
